Their story

From the field to the mentor's seat

I began playing sports at a young age and quickly developed a deep passion for athletics. Throughout my childhood and high school years, I competed at a high level in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. Lacrosse, in particular, became my primary focus. I have played at a highly competitive club level since fourth grade, dedicating myself to constant improvement. Today, I am proud to continue my athletic journey as a collegiate lacrosse player at Tufts University, where I am thrilled to represent my team and further pursue my love for the game.

Why they mentor

“I want to be a mentor because I believe it’s important for young student-athletes to recognize that their goals are within reach and that they are capable of achieving them. During my own high school years, I balanced the challenges of athletic recruiting, multiple sports, academics, and maintaining a social life. Looking back, I realize how valuable it would have been to have a mentor to help navigate those demanding times. Now, in my current position, I hope to offer that same guidance and support, to help student-athletes understand that their ambitions are attainable, and that success is often closer than they think.”
