Their story
From the field to the mentor's seat
I grew up in York, Maine. Following my Junior year, I transferred to the Governor's Academy and repeated my junior year, playing both varsity lacrosse and soccer. This gave me access to some of the premier competition in New England and the country. It also helped me get a broader understanding of what the recruiting landscape looked like. Going to Govs was the best decision I could have made as it opened up various doors for my future. I bounced around clubs in my middle school but ultimately played club for 4Leaf for the extent of club days. I am now a starting midfielder on the Bowdoin men's lacrosse team.

“Throughout my recruiting process, I had a million questions that went unanswered. I wish I had someone whom I could ask for advice or how to best interact with coaches throughout the process. I hope to provide student athletes with this opportunity as well help to show them the value of the education they get along with playing lacrosse.”
