“Being a mentor is important to me because it is so special to connect with younger athletes that may be going through the same things I did. It would have been so helpful to have an outlet to connect with when I was deciding where to go to school and during my recruiting process. It is also so important to be heard and understood through that time. I hope to be a help to any young athlete through building a connection through shared experiences!”
