Their story

From the field to the mentor's seat

I was born into a soccer family, both of my parents played Collegiate soccer in the NCAA, because of this I’ve been playing since I could walk. I played at 3 different clubs throughout my middle school and high school career, then I went through the recruitment process and committed to play NCAA division 2 soccer at Western Colorado University.

Why they mentor

“I want to be a mentor because I know what it’s like to be a youth player with big aspirations. I got to watch my older brother go through the recruitment process and had the help of my parents, so I want to help youth players in any way possible to obtain their athletic and mental goals. I have had 3 hip surgeries, and issues with my ankle, hamstring, quad, shin, you name it. I have am also passionate about mental health and truly believe that sports performance can only peak when your mind is strong. Through those trying times I learned how to go through it and come out of it a better person and player, and I hope to help youth players to do the same!”
