Their story

From the field to the mentor's seat

I started playing volleyball in 8th grade, then went on to be a 4-year varsity starter at my high school. I was a 1x team MVP and 2x captain. I lived on a small American military base in South Korea, so there were no clubs available to play for during the off-season. In my senior year of high school, I experienced a season-ending injury and also started building my own social media brand to gain recruiting exposure. I contacted the head coach at Pasadena City College, where I now play volleyball. I will be transferring to Menlo College next spring to play Division II volleyball on a scholarship!
