From the field to the mentor's seat
High School Sports: - Soccer - Field hockey - Ice hockey REP sports: Hockey: I have been playing hockey ever since I could walk. Growing up and being apart of a team dynamic helped develop my leadership skills as I was appointed captain and assistant captain various times throughout my minor hockey career. This transitioned into my more recent years as I was on the leadership team in my final year of junior. Soccer: Amongst my many years of hockey, I was also balancing soccer simultaneously. I was recruited to play soccer through my cross country achievements which resulted in me playing REP for 5 years. I fluctuated between Center mid, Wing and Striker positions. Current: NCAA women's ice hockey at Stonehill College in my junior year.

“No matter what sport you play, the game is constantly advancing! Throughout my lifetime of involvement in different sports I have learned that training and strengthen your mental abilities is just as important as training your physical abilities. As the sporting world continues to grow, so does the feeling of pressure and the need to be perfect which can take a mental toll on athletes. Therefore, I want to help support young athletes in their own unique experiences and provide guidance through the lessons that I have experienced during my youth and current NCAA student athlete level. I believe that having a mentor and someone that you can confide in is a powerful and beneficial strategy.”
