Their story
From the field to the mentor's seat
I have played soccer and lacrosse for my whole life, but decided to stop playing club soccer in 7th grade and shift to focusing on lacrosse so I joined 3D New England, and played all through high school. I also played soccer and lacrosse for four years at Pingree high school where I had amazing coaching and played with so many incredible players. I committed to play lacrosse at Hobart and William Smith my junior year in February, where I am going to be a sophomore this coming fall!
Why they mentor
“I want to be able to talk through and guide young girls through the mental and physical challenges of the recruiting process and more. It’s incredibly hard and I feel as though so many girls could use a person to talk too and help them find their perfect place. It’s also hard to be honest with yourself and that is another place, as a mentor, I could help guide these girls. I went through many ups and downs throughout mine and learned about a lot of schools and programs that I can now share with girls who need some support and guidance.”
