From the field to the mentor's seat

Sports have been a leading factor throughout my life, particularly lacrosse. The past 13 years playing this sport has been a journey of ups and downs, just as it should for most athletes. It took me lots of time and energy to come to the realization that you won’t always succeed or be happy with the outcome. However, being open about your thoughts and challenges can really lead to a positive change as an athlete, but also an all around person.
