From the field to the mentor's seat

Having played two varsity sports all of high school, and now playing at the collegiate level, sports mental health and prioritizing wellness is very important to me. Having access to mentors while I was in high school and during the recruiting process was immensely helpful to me and my success. By working with Athletes Better Together, I hope to provide the younger generation of athletes with ample advice and support in order to help them thrive.
