Their story
From the field to the mentor's seat
I competed level 10 in my senior year of high school with my club apex athletics. I then got recruited to college to compete at the division III level. I started my collegiate career at Utica University and then transferred to Springfield College. I was selected to represent team USA at the Maccabiah Games in Israel in summer 2025 but they have since been postponed and will be happening in summer of 2026!

“Hi! I'm Abby and I am a Sophomore on the Springfield College Women's gymnastics team! I am currently studying Health Science with a minor in Biology and Nutrition. After undergrad I plan to apply to PA schools to become a Physicians Assistant! My career in gymnastics started when I was just three years old. Even from a young age, I have always showed how badly I wanted to continue to get better each and every day. I continued to have that driven personality throughout my career which has helped get me through many tough moments! I underwent four elbow surgeries to repair damage from an injury so that I could use my arm in gymnastics again! I had a successful freshman season and can't wait to continue competing at the collegiate level!”
